With a deep commitment to fostering leadership growth and professional development, we provide assessments that deepen awareness, illuminate impact, and accelerate success.

We aren’t partial to any one assessment, nor do we think one is inherently better than any other. We aren’t paid for what we recommend, and we don’t get anything special if we build a program around letters versus numbers. When we use assessments, we are looking much more broadly at the context in which the leader will use their results. Is this a team in turmoil? A high-potential group looking for deeper insights? An executive who is processing feedback from her team? We look first at what team- or organizational-level impact this assessment can have more broadly, and second at what knowledge or insight is needed by the leader.
